Do you offer servers and networking equipment?

Yes. We supply on-premises servers, network switches, firewalls and Wi-Fi access points. We will also tell you honestly if a cloud service such as Microsoft 365 or Azure would serve you better than a new server.

Do you offer warranties and ongoing support?

New hardware comes with the manufacturer's warranty, and the length depends on the product, so we confirm it in your quote. For day-to-day help after setup, our managed IT support and Fortify 360 plans keep your devices updated, secure and supported.

Can you set up devices for remote and hybrid staff?

Yes. We can prepare laptops so they are ready to use wherever your team works, with Microsoft 365, secure sign-in and protection already in place. Your quote confirms the delivery options, including sending devices to staff who work from home.

Can you replace and securely dispose of our existing equipment?

We can plan the changeover, move your data to the new devices and arrange for old equipment to be securely wiped and recycled. Mention it when you ask for your quote and we will confirm the options.
